We are a high fire, fine porcelain art studio. We work together with our children running around us creating beautiful, special, beloved pots and gorgeous porcelain jewelry.
We are blogging because we are hoping it will give us more ‘awareness’ of ourselves and what we do. Our days run into each other, they aren’t separated by work and family life. They are a consistent flow of both. We are constantly working and constantly living our lives, and it’s wonderful…but we aren’t taking much time to remember it, the little things, the hilarious things…achievements. We are wanting to see what our lives are really like, by documenting them a little bit and being able to kind of hold it all in our hands and understand a bit more.
Why a public blog? There is really no reason not too have it public in our opinion. Maybe we can inspire someone to begin their own studio or just begin creating, seeing that it’s possible…even with children in your life. That’s our biggest hope is just to share something that inspires in some way…or entertains…or whatever it does, really.
